Hello {{first_name | Newshound }},
Newshounds wants YOU !
We’re in expansion mode here at Newshounds - and we’re looking for someone to join our team.
Unless you’ve been living under a rock - or studiously avoiding every email I send, social post I create or podcast I produce - you’d know that the South Australian government recently struck a funding deal with us to roll out Newshounds to every primary school in the state.
About which we’re terrifically excited.
Now we need a brilliant local educator to help bring the program to life.
Our new Schools Lead, Newshounds (South Australia) will work closely with schools, teachers and the SA Department for Education — helping educators get started with Newshounds, building a strong school community around the program and ensuring the voices of teachers and students continue to shape what we create.
We’re looking for someone who understands how schools and classrooms in South Australia work, loves building relationships and shares our passion for helping children become clever, confident and critical consumers of online content.
If that sounds like you, we’d love you to hear from you. And if it sounds like someone you know—perhaps a wonderful teacher, education leader or media-literacy enthusiast in your South Australian network—please pass this opportunity along.
